Life Coaching presents an opportunity for support and accountability in reaching desired goals. It differs from therapy as it is more structured, to the point, and does not delve farther into the emotional aspect which therapy covers. Instead, you will have an accountability partner to help you reach desired goals! Specialized Coaching services such as ADHD Coaching and Career Coaching are also available.

A psychiatric diagnostic evaluation is a comprehensive assessment which aims to help you understand your mental well-being. We begin by gathering information about your mental health history, current symptoms, and life experiences to identify potential psychiatric disorders like anxiety, depression, bipolar, and/or schizophrenia. This evaluation guides treatment planning by providing an accurate diagnosis and personalized recommendations to enhance your overall quality of life. We can also discuss the provision of emotional support animal letters, housing, employment, education letters of support, if needed.
